The hotel's decoration had a beautiful vintage charm, with its Victorian architectural details still intact. The wooden window panels and decorative plaster cornicing added a touch of elegance. The general areas were warm and inviting, with cozy seating areas to relax and enjoy the ambiance. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with well-lit hallways and spacious areas to maneuver comfortably.
While the staff was generally polite and helpful, I found that some of the younger staff members lacked attentiveness and were not as accommodating to the needs of senior guests. It would have been ideal to have more assistance from the children of the staff or additional personnel trained to cater specifically to the needs of older individuals.
